Ages 4–6
Mondays 8:00–8:45 AM
The youngest sprouts get a 45-minute class built around imagination, animals, and play. We move through “yoga stories” and “yoga adventures” — flying like butterflies, growing like trees, and hibernating like bears — with breathing games woven throughout.
Sessions are short, soft, and full of laughter, with quiet landings at the end so kids leave calm rather than wired.
Ages 7–10
Mondays 9:15–10:15 AM
A full-hour yoga class designed for elementary-age kids to explore movement, breath, and stillness in a supportive, welcoming space.
Children will learn yoga poses, simple breathing techniques, and short mindfulness practices that help them feel grounded, calm, and confident.
Ages 11–13
Mondays 11:00 AM–Noon
This space meets them where they are — curious, changing, and becoming more themselves every day.
Classes include yoga flows, breathwork, meditation, and practical tools for school, sports, friendships, and everyday life.

Hi! I’m Madeline
I’m so happy you’re here
My name is Madeline, creator of Breathe & Bloom ~ a space where growth is nurtured from the inside out, through all seasons of life.
I’m a 500-hour RYT and 85-hour Certified Children’s Yoga Teacher. Additionally, I bring over 8 years of experience as a pediatric oncology and special care registered nurse, where I developed a deep understanding of how children experience stress, emotion, healing, and discover resilience in their bodies and minds.
My work is rooted in a genuine love for kids and a belief that every child deserves a space where they can feel safe, seen, and fully themselves. Through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, I aim to help children learn how to move through big emotions, connect with their bodies, and build simple, effective tools they can carry into everyday life. I create personalized, inclusive practices that meet kids exactly where they are—across all ages, abilities, and life experiences.
My intention is to offer a supportive space for growth and healing, as well as regulation and self-trust, through every stage of childhood and beyond. Always coming back to what these practices have taught me — the magic, every time, comes from within.
& I’m Amber
I can’t wait to meet you and your little one
Hi! I’m Amber, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Early Childhood Special Education Teacher with over six years of experience supporting young children and their development. I am so excited to combine two of my greatest passions—yoga and children—as we launch our summer yoga series!
Through my practice, I've discovered the power of a mind, body, soul connection, and I've experienced firsthand how movement, mindfulness, and self-awareness can positively impact overall well-being.
My hope is to empower children through movement and mindfulness, helping them build self-confidence and cultivate strong, resilient nervous systems. I believe these practices have the potential to create a lasting positive impact in the lives of young children.
I am passionate about creating spaces that nurture connection of the mind, body, and soul. It brings me so much joy to share these practices and support others as they deepen their own sense of wellness and connection.
