• Breathe & Bloom •

Where inner light is nurtured so it can radiate through every season of life.

Yoga, breath, and mindfulness for children and mothers.

Who We Are

Breathe & Bloom is a space for growing bodies, growing hearts, and every unfolding season of life.

We are rooted in the belief that every person carries an inner light—steady, intelligent, and alive—that can be nurtured through breath, movement, and presence. Not rushed. Not forced. Simply supported as it unfolds.

This is a place for children, mothers, and families navigating the real and layered experience of being human.

For children of all abilities—including those with chronic illness, sensory sensitivities, neurodivergence, or big emotional worlds—we offer practices that meet them exactly where they are. Through yoga, breath, and mindful movement, children are invited to connect with their bodies, move through emotions, and build tools they can return to in everyday life.

For mothers in every season—prenatal, postpartum, early motherhood, and beyond—we offer space to soften, regulate, and reconnect to self in the midst of constant change. A place to return to breath, to body, and to steadiness within.

Our work is grounded in over eight years of pediatric nursing experience and a deep understanding of how stress, healing, and resilience live in the body. It is also grounded in yoga and mindfulness—but more than anything, it is grounded in presence.

Because when we feel safe in our bodies, we can begin to soften.

And in that softening, something steady begins to grow.

Hi! I’m Madeline. I’m so happy you’re here.

I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and an 85-hour Certified Children’s Yoga Teacher. I also spent over eight years as a pediatric oncology and special care nurse—work that shaped how I understand the body, stress, resilience, and what it means to truly care for another human being.

In that world, I learned something I never forgot:

Children don’t just need care for their bodies.
They need space for their nervous systems.
For their emotions.
For their inner worlds.

Soleya Bloom grew from that knowing.

This is where I bring together yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to support children in learning how to move through big feelings, connect to their bodies, and build tools they can carry into their everyday lives.

My classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptive—supporting children of all abilities, including those navigating chronic illness, sensory sensitivities, neurodivergence, or big emotional worlds.

I also hold space for mothers in every season of life—prenatal, postpartum, and the evolving identity of motherhood—offering practices that support grounding, reconnection, and nervous system care.

At the heart of it all is a simple intention:

To create spaces where people feel safe enough to soften.
Supported enough to regulate.
And seen enough to begin again.
