Join us on Mondays in June and July from 8:00 - 8:45am. Take one class, all eight, or anywhere in between!
The youngest sprouts get a 45-minute class built around imagination, animals, and play. We move through "yoga stories" and "yoga adventures" — flying like butterflies, growing like trees, hibernating like bears — with breathing games tucked into every transition. Sessions are short, soft, and full of laughter, with quiet landings at the end so kids leave calm rather than wired. This class offers a balance of energy and rest, helping kids build confidence in their bodies, emotional awareness, and tools they can carry into everyday life.
Parents are welcome to drop off or stay and relax in the coffee shop just on the other side of the space—Hot Shot Coffee offers a cozy and friendly environment with indoor and outdoor seating just steps away while your child is in class.
What every session includes
A playful, age-tuned yoga flow
Breathwork and mindfulness skills your child can take home
Two teachers with a 12-15 kids so every child gets attention
One teacher with years of experience as a pediatric nurse and one teacher with years of experience as an early childhood educator.
Sensory-aware pacing — soft cues, no pressure to "perform"
A short calm-down practice at the end so kids leave grounded, not amped up
Modifications offered openly for every body and every day
What to bring:
Comfy clothes your child can move in
Bare feet or grippy socks
A water bottle
An open, curious heart
